• How much does it cost?

  We currently offer a monthly subscription plan. For $5/month you get up to 50,000 characters translated per month.

• Is there a free version?

  We do offer a limited free trial to the first 50 customers. The free trial is valid for 7 days upon activation and includes up to 10,000 characters translated within that timeframe.

• Why do I need to pay for a subscription?

  CB Translate utilizes the latest in machine learning technology, courtesy of Google's cloud translation API, to provide our customers the best and most accurate translations available. Sadly, these technologies cost money to operate and we have bills to pay too.

• Why is there a limit on translations

  When you translate a message through CB Translate, we take that message and forward it to Google's cloud translation API. Google charges for each character received. In order to avoid the case of someone misusing the service and sending 100 million characters to Google (and sending us into bankruptcy), we impose a limit on the number of characters translated in a month.

• Does this work for both broadcasters and viewers?

  Yes! CB Translate works in any chatroom on Chaturbate.

• Does it work with private messages?

  Yes! CB Translate works in both public messages as well private messages between two people.

• Do you read my messages?

  No. For questions concerning your privacy, and how we handle your data, please take a look at our privacy policy

• Will this work on other webcam sites?

  CB Translate was designed specifically for Chaturbate. It will not work on any other site. However, we are currently working on expanding this service to include other sites such MyFreeCams and Bongacams. We'll make an announcement as soon as we know more.
